JUDE'S GREEK KOURABIEDES STORY
Jude dreamed of opening his own business ever since his big brother Richie started “White Birch Oil & Spice” in 3rd grade for his Market Day project at school. He would try to think of products from honey to popcorn, but there was nothing unique about these.
His idea came during a holiday trip with his family in Greece. Jude & his family fell in love with these Greek cookies called Kourabiedes in Kavala, Greece.
We had never tasted anything like this before.
When we arrived home, we looked everywhere for these cookies and couldn’t find them anywhere. “Jude’s Greek Kourabiedes” was born.

JUDE'S BREAD DUST STORY
In March 2025, Jude's dad, Rich, started Artesian Sourdough Bread Company. The sourdough has a unique profile because of his "secret ingredient" aka our very own Artesian Water in Martinsville, IN. The Artesian Water provides an unparalleled taste that is one of the best around.
Jude loved his dad's sourdough bread saying, "it is the best bread he has ever tasted." A lot of people like their sourdough plain, but there are many people that are like Jude and want a little extra sweet treat to add to their sourdough bread.
Jude was craving a little more sweetness to his dad's delicious sourdough bread. Rich made an add on dust for Jude that hit those flavor notes he was looking for. After eating this every day for a week, Jude mentioned that he thought other people would love this as much as he did. With a little help from his mom & dad again, Jude's Bread Dust was created.
